Adeo Realty is a privately held full service real estate brokerage specializing in advanced online tools that put people first.
This public facing website is extremely large and quite complex. It hosts tens of thousands of real estate listings throughout Western Washington. The public site supports features such as client profiles and advanced search. In addition to the web frontend, numerous processes
run around the clock to keep data synchronized with the master listing service. The primary technologies used to build this site include:
- Asp.Net - C# on the .Net Framework 2.0
- IIS Web Server
- Sql Server 2005
- LLBLGen used to generate the data access layer. A business layer sits on this and provides application business logic.

This site is massive with over 1 million photos to track, hundreds of thousands of historical real estate listings and a continuous churn of current listings. Despite its large size, much of this code has run uninterrupted with very little maintenance over the past 18 months!
